How do I put my interest into or out of a trust?

Changes in ownership or owner status for land and mineral rights require updated title records. Owners should ensure they have the appropriate documentation.

Please provide Urban with the following documentation:

• Copy of recorded conveyance of interest to the Trustee and/or Trust 
• Memorandum of Trust identifying Trustee(s) and any Successor Trustee(s).
• For properties in Louisiana, you must also furnish a copy of the Extract of Trust recorded in the parish where the property is located.
